These Shipping Terms govern the shipment and delivery of GoWrap products including Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Vinyl Wrap.

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the following shipping conditions.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed after payment confirmation (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
• Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
• Bulk and distributor orders may require additional preparation time.

2. Shipping Methods

• Shipping methods are determined based on destination, order size, and customer preference.
• Options may include air freight, sea freight, or courier services.
• Shipping costs are calculated separately unless otherwise agreed.

3. Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only.
• GoWrap is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs clearance

• Carrier delays

• Weather conditions

• Force majeure events

Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination country regulations.

4. Risk Transfer

• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier.
• Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon arrival.
• Any visible damage must be reported to the carrier immediately.

5. Customs & Import Duties

• Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges applicable in their country.
• GoWrap is not liable for customs-related delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
• GoWrap is not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Partial Shipments

• GoWrap reserves the right to ship orders in partial shipments if necessary.
• Any additional shipping arrangements will be communicated in advance.

8. Force Majeure

GoWrap shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disputes, or transportation disruptions.
